 Following
Hurricane Katrina, we did a complete renovation
of our home located just outside of New Orleans.
The faux paintwork Jack did on the brick, built-in
cabinets, and mantle of our fireplace is one of
the best decisions we made on beautifying our
home. His attention to detail made the fireplace
wall the real showcase of the room. We were also
pleased with his professional diligence. Jack
met with us to discuss options for paint finishes,
wrote up several estimates on each of the options,
and even painted samples so we could see what
the different techniques looked like. Jack was
always prompt, efficient, and pleasant to work
with; and of course, the quality of his work speaks
for itself.

 As
a national historic site of Canada, any rehabilitation
or restoration work must adhere to a strict set
of policies and guidelines to ensure the site's
commemorative integrity is maintained. Throughout
the course of the project, Jack's professionalism
and attention to detail while working within the
confines of the policies, was most welcome. The
quality and creativity of his work will help ensure
that this cultural resource will be available
for generations to come.
